Shipping and Delivery
Times of Order Fulfillment
Daily processing of all orders received from Monday to Friday before 11:00 with payment by credit card or Paypal.
Orders with payment by bank transfer will be sent after confirmation of the crediting of the amount, which can take up to a few days.
Orders received on Friday afternoon or other pre-holiday day will be processed on the first working day.
However, processing times may vary based on the number of orders received or the period of the year (August and December).
NB: the Customer can request the cancellation of the order up to the moment in which the same is not yet in preparation in the warehouse by writing to email@example.com

If the delivery is late or the products are damaged, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
At the time of delivery, if the package should be tampered with or damaged, please accept the shipment with "control reserve", so as to allow us to make a claim against the shipper.
We ship free of charge only in Italy by express courier both at home and in storage.
Once the packages have been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number in order to monitor their status, it may take up to 24/48 hours to verify the status of the shipment.
Shipments to Europe have a fixed cost of € 15.00 and includes packaging and shipping.
Shipments are not insured, you can request insurance (before placing your order) in the chat or by writing to: email@example.com.
Shipping insurance may incur an additional cost.
